Leadership Academy
What's it all about ...
In a changing world, managers are faced with the challenge of not only thinking strategically, but also acting in a human, reflective and cooperative manner. The Leadership Academy is a mini-format that provides a systematic learning framework for key leadership competences in a professional context. The focus is on the targeted further development of personality-related and social (self-) leadership competences. Over the course of two semesters, participants acquire practical knowledge, reflect on their own leadership personality and train key skills that enable them to lead people in organisations successfully, responsibly and with an eye to the future.
